AP32 IF ELITE is an innovative system able to process 32 IFA slides (optional 40 slides). A special three needle system expedites the work session. The system uses a powerfull proprietary software that allows the run of more DAS instruments at th same time . It process slides with any kind of thickness, mask, well shape and number of rows, keeping the same well known accuracy of all IF processors of DAS. The instrument is equipped with a sample, reagent and control bar code reader; bar code for slides is available as well.

APE IF ELITE is the latest version of combined ELISA and IFA automated processors of DAS. The instrument is able to manage 10 methods on line with 4 elisa microplates at different temperature; a thre needle system allows fast processing on 16 IFA slides (optional 20 slides). AP BLOT ELITE is a fully automated Dot Blot processor able to manage in the same run sample dilution and its dispensation, reagent dispensation, incubation times, strip washings, dot assessment by image processing of strip; the supplied software is also to provide the final report and record the results. Pictures of processed strips are directly taken form a digital colour camera when are still into the allotment trays. The system is able to automatically determine the strip position, indentify the releated blots, measure the blot intensity and give the results. Then the digital images are stored with a detailed report in a file, avoiding the tiring and time consuming task to collate the strips for the record. The instrument is equipped with a builtin sliding sample BCR. A strip heating system reduces the blot drying time before the reading phase
